“Hello Friends,
I am Miss. Nethra Suresh and this is my Study Abroad Journey from beginning.
Culinary Arts is something I have always wanted to do. When I was young, I used to help my mom in the kitchen and that is how my love for cooking started. At first, it was a hobby for me but as I grew older and more curious about food, I learnt that I culinary arts is a major field and has a lot of career options too. So, I decided to turn my hobby into my profession.
After completing my 12th grade, I started to take a step towards my academic future in Canada. After getting in the college, I applied for my study visa. In about a month and a half my visa was rejected and I applied there two more times, but still the answer was the same. The past three years had been the most difficult years of my life. I had almost given up on wanting to study abroad and that is when my mother told me about mentor universe.
I came in for a consultancy and that is when I found out about all the other options that I had. I started going through my options and my career consultant Mr Romesh Khandelwal & Ms. Rutvi Shah helped me through the whole process. After thorough research I chose Ireland to start with my bachelors. The process took a lot of time and energy and it was not actually easy but with the help of Mentor Career Expert Ms. Rutvi ma’am’s guidance the process went ahead very smoothly. I filed my visa application on 2nd of July and within 13 business days I received my approval.
Apparently, the visa decisions are shown on the Irish embassy’s website and it is updated twice a week. I learnt that my passport had been dispatched and a decision was made but I thought I would have to wait for two more days to get my decision. But to my surprise I got my passport the very next day.
The rush I felt at that moment was so scary yet a moment that I had longed for over three years. I finally checked my passport and there it was. It was the most bittersweet feeling I felt. I was extremely happy because I was finally moving towards my dream after being patient for so long, but it also meant that I would be leaving so many things behind.
As I said bittersweet feeling. I do not have enough words to show how grateful I am to the mentor career expert team, especially my mentor, Mr Romesh Khandelwal & Ms. Rutvi Shah, she helped me go through the whole process and it was honestly difficult because I was mentally drained hoping for things to go well for me.
I am just so glad to have com across her. She will always be my mentor. I guess they really stick to the name, MENTOR universe.
