• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Provide prompt and accurate responses to the students' inquiries and manage their expectations throughout the admission process.

• Achieving or exceeding the monthly or quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential students and parents and gather information about competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities to inform the marketing strategies.

• Responsible for training and mentoring junior sales staff to improve their sales skills.

Exp : 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing area with a study abroad service provider.

• Result-oriented making telephonic conversation with students /Parents and make them clear about Study Abroad processes.
• Fix appointments for Counsellors and generate walk-In.
• To follow up the students for enrolments.
• Making recordings of all the phone calls and deals.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Regularly meet the assigned individual and team targets.
• Generate MIS report of various activities on daily and monthly basis.

Exp: Minimum 2 years of relevant in Study Abroad industry as Study Abroad Counsellor is required.

• Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, college and programme selection, and career planning.
• Analyse the mind-set of the students who are interested in abroad education and Motivate and encourage clients to take up the course.
• Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies in the overseas.•
• Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals
• Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/universities and use the knowledge in helping students
• Maintain a proper database of students counselled, and applications sent to abroad
• Assisting with activities to promote Universities represented by the Company
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents
